Men's Work TX was founded in 2023 with a simple conviction: when men do their work, families get safer, communities get stronger, and the legacy we leave becomes something worth inheriting.

Before we ever offered our first public class, we spent three years quietly facilitating with our founding cohort. We wanted to build something real — not a product, but a culture. That patience paid off: we maintain a 40% multi-year retention rate, and one in three long-term members eventually become guides themselves.

Today, we're building toward 150 founding members — the men who will shape what Men's Work TX becomes for the generations that follow. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Cedar Park, and we're here for the long haul.
